i saw another member on LS1 who had 20x10's and it looked HOT!!! so since i am new to the HD stuff i would ask in this section.

will 20x10's fit with no modifications to the body? (i saw a bumper needed to be moved for H2's)

what is the correct height of the tires so i can figure out what size tire i am going to try to be as close to.

lastly what is the correct offset i will need to get?

again, if i am asking dumb questions its well because i dont know and dont want to screw up either my truck or my wallet at the cost of rims.

thanks:ro)

The best fit for a metric sized 20" without a lift is going to be a 305/55/20 (or you could do less side wall with a 305/50/20, but IMO, the 55 looks better). It's about a 33" -33.5" tire. I had this combo fitted up on my truck and it rubbed BAD. You will need to crank the T-Bars and do a lot of trimming of the fender wells, space the bumper, and I would look into a Cognito Leveling kit so you can stay in factory alignment specs. Not sure if you will need green keys? hope this helps.

Whats the size of wheel and backspacing? This is an important consideration choosing a combo! You can install smaller wheels and tires and have rubbing and bigger ones without that problem. The problem with the Cognito is that they require a small (close to stock) bs, so the wheels will protrude out of the fender wells and throw the dirt to the sides of the truck.

The test wheel was an Eagle Alloy 114. I'm pretty sure it was a 20 x 10, I don't think the tire i had fitted would have worked on the 20 x 8.5. So, going with that and the info provided on their website, the b.s. would have been 4 5/8 with a -21mm offset. again, not 100% sure on this, so don't take it for gospel.

I saw a set of 22's on one, and it looked great.. I don't normally like the big wheel stuff, though it just looked really good...
