I was wondering if there is a way to change the PTO rpm's on a 03 LB7? I have my pickup wired up to use the pto as the high idle since the older trucks don't have an automatic high idle.
I remember way back when people said you could change the pto rpm points of 1250 and 1700 with a tech II, can you also change these with efi live? if so where is this at?

I do not know for sure but this post might help you out. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=266239&highlight=change+pto+rpm+efilive
The way I see it using DSP5 and modify the tables in one of the tunes you might be able to vary it but i say you have only one minmum RPM on a single position of the switch.
But as a specific location for the different RPM for each PTO option in EFILIve for LB7 tune I don't see it yet. I say Tech II be the only thing to access that.

I was wondering the exact same thing... as it would be nice to just have it default to a preset RPM when the switch is on... that way you can start it with a command start and it would do its own thing without having to play with the cruise controls... I know you can do it with the LLY's...

Found this over on another forum site. http://www.duramaxdiesels.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8875 . So with the use of EFILive and DSP5 switch you can set one of the tunes to run the higher tables to do the higher RPM. Just have to turn the knob to that tune the night before. I was gonna have Nick try it when tuning my LMM for DSP5 last week but did not have the time.
