On my CUCV the wipers are slow and don't speed up on high. There is a little three capictor thingy on the side that used to go inline between the wiring harness and teh wiper motor. it's disconnected and the harness plugged into the motor. It doesn't change speeds. I tried kooing it back up, made no difference. I'm thinking the motor is toast ??

Mine start off moving slow and then speed up to normal speed. on the blazer there's a brass "strip" that i'm guessing grounds the wiper motor. Could be an issue with that perhaps? Maybe the motor just needs to be pulled apart to be cleaned and greased?

Being a CUCV is the motor hoping for 24V perhaps?

No. ONly the starter is 24v on the m1008. everything else is 12v.

the motor isnt very expensive and very easy to replace.
Mine looked slow on high or low, didnt make a difference and was pulling way too much power.
