Gathering info to potentially do a SAS, wanted opinions from those that have done this or had it done.

first and foremost, does anyone use their truck for towing a fifth wheel ?

i have pmed several installers for ball park costs to no avail. can anyone pm me with their install costs and details ?

i have searched the site and have not found any specific towing data as most of those who have done a SAS do not appear to use their truck for towing.

thanks in advance

What is SFA and SAS?

Both the same. SFA is "Solid front Axle" and SAS is "Solid axle Suspension" which are two in the same. As far as towing with a SFA, no problems what so ever. Just look at Ford and Dodge who have been doing it for years. They are proven and work well when done correctly. Just remember that you'll have to probably flip your axles on your trailer to accommodate for the added lift.

I've towed a couple of times. Never had any problems.
