That is a very cool truck, just needs to be white and then it is perfect...LOL

It's interesting that the heavy truck industry doesn't have to go through re-styling every few years to keep their customer's interested...
Change very little, if any on the outside, and just keep selling them...
Sharp looking KW :thumb:

Nah, white just looks comercial on the big rigs, no I like the Blue, not the first shade I would choose but it looks very nice all the same. Only a 15L huh? ):h

I get my T-800 day cab in july. The dash is really nice, I hadn't actually seen the new style instrumentation yet . I'm quite excited since it will be my first new rig. I chose the C-15 Cat 550hp . Ext color: black clearcoat.

I always liked KWs, nice dash, 10 speed? I liked when I had to drive a rig every day, glad I didn't have to do all day.

The two most over rated things in this world are teenage p*ssy and Caterpillar engines.

I love the KWs....really the W900L is the one I want someday. Just as a show truck, and drive it every once in awhile.

I had six (at one time) W - 900's; Set-in bunk, 4 & 1/4 mechanical CAT, Non Set-back axle.

Love the aesthetic's of the W - 900's  , dating myself.

Set-in's, lot less room; what spoil the driver? :badidea:

CATs did what CATs do, haul ass. :exactly:

Non Set-back axle; once you drive a rig with a Set-back axle, these are a real pain. -:t

Lot of changes in the past 20 years. :ro)

Ol' man Jessup, (outof NJ I think) used to run a Restored '58 KW SkilletFace, for several months each Summer. Drove it he' self.

A thing of Beauty ;) , I usually saw him in WY on I - 80; dirty side to CA.

Uh oh, live'n in the past again. :D

At least 100k I'm betting. Guy I know got a 99 pete brand new, it was 90 or so then, so a new truck now has to be at least that...

My truck will cost $144k canadian, and it's just a day cab. I ordered quite a few options though: double frame, 20k # front axle 46k# rear, 52k# neway air susp, full lock diffs, polished alcoa wheels, polished tanks, heated leather air seats. The C-15 550hp was an extra 15k. IMO worth every penny.:ro)

That's a long story, but no sadly. A few things have changed regarding contracts since I ordered it some time ago. That and the fuel price skyrocketing didn't help my decision. My insurance quote was $10 500 CAD so the odds were stacked against me. I lost the $2000 deposit, but I figure it's better to lose that than sink my business because of it. I will probably consider in two years from now getting one.

If i get a chance though ,I'll swing by the dealer and get some pics to post before it sells. I'd kind of like to see it at least for my 2G's.
