Yes, all three pieces can be replaced, i don't have the part numbers for them though.

They are kind of a PITA, those clips snap hard, both on and off. It is best to do it on a warm day, and keep a rubber mallet or a block of wood handy to get them locked in to place(especially the center piece)

I use www.gmpartsdirect.com to find part #'s.

You have to add it to the cart and then submit it. Submitting it just gets you to the page before you enter any kind of payment or personal info.

I order my chevy truck parts from http://www.chevyclub.org If I have a question about the part # I dont know I usually call or email them and they give me the part # I need. I know alot of companys ask for you vin# to to verify you are ordering the correct part
