What is the plastic box just over the turbo. It has a hose going to it coming off the intake.

I was trying without the Silencer (put a cap on it) but was not worth the try. Just more unharmonic intake noise (NOT more turbe whistle though - the turbo produces a much higher frequency hissing noise than the Silencer is made for).
