:confused: hey guys, just wunderin when pulling a hill in my crew cab duelly under about a 2500lbs load is it better to wind it out to about 3200 rpm or to lug it @ about 1800rpm in 4th???

2800 rpms is usually about the best for fuel economy and power. Avoid lugging when pulling.;) Engine makes max rated power at about 3400 rpms, but torque is down.
