The headlights on these trucks suck to say the least. Has anyone found a good aftermarket / replacement light that is working well. This truck does a lot of night hiway driving and it would be nice to be able to see ! Any input would help. Thanks

I wouldnt get projectors personally cause there is soooooo many probs with aftermarket ones. I would however convert them from sealed beam to composite by way of Hella conversion housings then buy 4300K HID's for them. Arent those the 4"x6" sealed beam that GM loved? If they are check out the links here:

Stick with Hella, Phillips, or any OEM and you will not have any issues. I have kits in customer cars that were installed back in 1999 that are still on the original ballasts, bulbs, and housings.

Ok, so you have already installed these in your rig and have had no issues? So can you provide a little more detail as to exactly what they are and best place to buy them?

+1 with the above listed kit, I installed that 3 years ago in my Kodiak and love it, I now have 150k miles on it, no issues and going strong.
