Myself and a few others will be there as well ! Henry, if you are reading this and you can get off work at the plant I have an extra ticket with your name on it. Also the trick will be to get the little one in again this year. It sucks they don't allow children at the show.

One of the things I have been tasked to do by accepting this trip from Optima is to take pics, post pics, and blog about the entire show on a daily basis. I will be creating a new thread to do just that in this forum. I'll also create another thread for anyone else to post their pics & stories...

You just need to ask permission from some vendors before taking pictures.

you can take pictures - I do it every year - some vendors are a bit picky if they think you are the competition and are taking "spy" shots of their products up close buts thats very rare. In 11 years of going to the show I've only been asked not to take a picture of something once and by the vendor.

As print media I actually get an after hours pass to go in and do photography and some vendors will cover their displays if they don't want us to take pictures.

Well I Filled Out An App. To Go For An Experement And Out Of 50 Being Chose I Was One Of Them But I Dont Have The Money To Fly Out And Stay So Im Cant Go. I Wish Someone From Central Fl Was Going I Could Stay With. The 4th Is My B Day! I Think Its A Once In A Life Time Deal!

Don't mess w/Metro (our cops). They have absolutely no sense of humor.

Deals can be had but you'll have to ask for them (don't be afraid to ask -- we're hurting here). Both for show tix and meals in the casino restaurants.

If you haven't been to one, try In-N-Out burger. You won't be disappointed (there's one on Tropicana east of the 15).

I'd certainly like for us to get together. That's why I started this thread. I've never been to SEMA... I've heard there's lots of walking. I know I've got a couple of commitments in the evenings, but I'd like to plan on us getting together at least one evening. Is there one evening better than others?

I will be there tuesday through friday hanging out and walking around, can't miss the Sema show, I've been going for 5-6 years.

Im not going this year :( Just not in the cards for me. This will be the first time ive missed the show Since 2002.

Man that sounds like alot of fun. I'd go in a heartbeat if time and money allowed. Depending on how things go next year I may try to make the trip. Could be fun. Maybe i'll have my RV by then :D

I have not missed a show since 1998, I will be there 11/2-11/5.

Be sure to wear your walking shoes, it keeps growing and growing.....

We'll be at SEMA again this year, and have some pretty cool features to display. I'm hoping I can share some details later this week. Our booth # is 21754 and we are located right next to Guy @ SoCal Diesel.

Missing SEMA for the first time since '02 this year. :( I am going to the PRI show in December though so that might make up for it a bit. Anyone else headed to PRI?

Just got all checked in to the Stratosphere a little bit ago. A get together would be cool.

So who all is going for the research program thing? Maybe a smaller group could get together for that too.

... and his truck is freakin' amazing! Also... if you want to see an amazing NBS truck, you just have to see the truck in the Optima Battery booth - it's owned by Cam Douglas, one of the senior Optima management team. Believe it or not, it's his daily driver in Wisconsin! Here's just one pic:

No problem Randy. We were pretty sore by the end of Thursday. Next year we'll have to set up a place and time for us all to meet at more ahead of time. It was a awesome show.
