OK so everyone has said that the 01-07 exhaust will fit on the NBS trucks. I read the thread on installing the single exit exhaust. I have the dual 404SS systems and took it in to get installed (i removed the existing and only got the piece that conmnects to the down pipe and it started to rain) and they got the drivers side out (although is does rub the shock a little). They said the could not get hte passenger side out no matter what.

Can anybody provide some help? Pics would be great.

Thanks

I have no idea what you are even asking here.

:funnypost

I don't like duals for that exact reason, every person I know that has them has problems with rubbing or making things fit

So are you saying the place you are having install the exhaust couldn't get the dual exhaust kit to fit?

How do they have the muffler Y pipe facing? If they don't have the Y pipe sitting straight up and down (basically the two pipes that Y off the muffler are one above the other), nothing will fit right.

Please post up photos of how the muffler is situated, that will tell the whole story.

The driver side tail pipe has to be in there just right also. Alot of muffler shops struggle with exhaust kits.

Please go back and re-read what you wrote, then clarify it for me. I have no idea WTF the problem is.

He is having trouble with his tail-pipes. They are not clearing, so it needs to be adjusted to make it fit. The duals can be a bit of a task to install.

the pipe is horizontal now because 'it is the only way we could get either side to get in'. I will try and take it to another place and see if they have any luck. Failing that i will find a lift and using what i get from everyone here try it myself.

Thanks for the help
