I have a 2006 365/650. the truck keeps throwing codes p0401,403 and p046c. I know these codes are egr related. Will it hurt my truck if I don't get these codes addressed or is it fine to keep clearing these codes with my Max Energy programmer?

I don't think it throw you in engine limp mode but might see if still under warranty. They clean the EGR valve and may do some ECM update. Or you can look for the EGR DIY post on cleaning. I think there is one. Take the Hypertech out and leave the wife in there if you go for service. May help. Other option is do the EGR Blocker plate and a Tuner to disable the codes. Which ones I am not sure of but there are post on that. They make a Finger Stick for LBZ that may work but does not work all the time. EFILIve tuned for sure will take care of you. Since you mention 2006 I assume it is LBZ that was rated at 360HP/650TQ. LMM are 365HP/660TQ. Forget LLY like 310HP/?TQ.

yea the only problem is that when I pull the Hypertech program out of my truck to go back to stock I have to clear the codes first. so there is no more engine light on when I am in stock mode.
