This is a loaded question... I have pulled my truck a couple of times and I am looking to pull it in Patterson this weekend... The only thing is my converter is on its last leg.... I have just a Transgo kit in the Trans right now. I am upgrading in as soon as my parts come in I have ordered a triple disk converter, C1, C2, C3 clutches and a power lock up valve. My question is how much damage can I do to it if I pull and my converter lets go?

the worse that could happen if the converter goes is truck will rev and not want to move

It will not damage the valve body or anything else? Thats my only real concern. My friend is going to bring a trailer just in case. I have some shudder at low speeds and when coming to a stop in it thats why I know the converter is on its last leg.
