I was wondering how the early '90 cummins preformed with a 5 speed behind them when towing. also was wondering what to look for in a 3500 4X4 with a cummins and 5 speed. any problems these trucks had that u need to look for? thanks for ur time.

The five speed that was used in the early dodges 93 and older with the cummins is made by getrag pretty week trans. If I was you I would look no older than 94 the ride is much better and the body is better. better looking and you can get a lot more cheap power out of it.
