Probably the Lift Pump or PMD.

My best suggestion is to DO the diagnostic checklist on the sticky.

Thanks for the Reply's but i must rephrase my Question Truck was sitting for 8 months they said it wasn't getting Fuel so i kept bleeding the system finally i was able to bleed all lines and still no fire did a Compression check and found that Number 5 cylinder only had 50 Psi So i removed the head today hoping to see something only to find everything in tact did a Valve check on both intake and exhaust and found they were seated alls i did was just put water in and no leaks that could be a wrong way hopefully not Checked head gasket but not really sure it looks good all Cylinders walls look good not scratches or scours in 1-7 Valves were moving when cranking Now the big Question where to go to from here Help Please Thanks

Low compression on 1 cylinder shouldn't keep it from starting and would not have anything to do with getting any fuel. Sounds like there is a problem in the IP. Sorry to here about the low compression. I would take the head to a machine shop and have it checked for cracks and check for flatness.:damnit1:
