I need more power, the RV weighs 20,000 pounds full and could use another 100-150 hp and more torque. Any ideas, suggestions or can I do it with this combination? See sig. for complete info.

Well you could start by swapping out that motor for a Duramax..:lol: . Sorry could not resist.:muahaha: .. I think someone will actually chime in with some serious answers soon. Just be patient and welcome to the forum... Enjoy...

Thanks so far...
Has boost gage, at full power pulls 20# and all other gages that were meant for the CAT..
Trans was just rebuilt, has cooler.
Cooling system is all CAT. BIG!!
And as stated previously the external components are all Catapillar, I'm not sure about the turbo, intercooler is CAT.

Another 2 questions while we're on a roll....
Are there 2 ECU's, one for trans. and one for engine, or one for both??
Also, the max. RPM I get from the engine is 2600 rpms, is there a rev limiter or governor on that thing, can they be changed, and what can the max RPM's be ??

There should be an ECM For the Engine and a TCM or TCU For the Transmission.

You could ask TS to raise the REV limiter, but I think the Chips comes programmed already with a higher one.

That kind of weight is boarding on single axel tractor weight.
