Up to 700 hundred HP. Read about it Here (http://atsdiesel.com/ATSWebsite/ProductsGM/PGTransmissions.asp)

You really cannot see much of the transmission once bolted up not that it matters. The color is just distinct of ATS's transmission products. They'll be NO question about it!

No shoes no purse. :)

Now if Stupid UPS would show with the Co Pilot I'd be in business. Two days waiting for these Idiots and I have a account with them. They pick up deliver often.

They say no such address,go figure! Funny they don't have a problem getting the bill there either.

think you had the other tranny operating long enough for a seat o' the pants comparison ? I may be in the market in a few months and not near any members with built trannies to ride in. too many options is a good thing, unless you cant try before you buy.

i will be anxiously awaiting the weekend report.......;)

Hey Mac, you know the 35 to 40k coils....... had two in the last ten years fall off trucks...right in the middle of town, on the bridge......@ 60+ MPH. Holly crush those things destroy everything in there path!

Ever see the pictures of that truck one crushed in Vegas? A semi carrying one (usually a full load) had stopped over for the night and some idiots figured they'd steel it in a one ton... Unstrapped it and started it rolling. The truck didn't do to well. I'm surprised the brain surgeons didn't get in front of it to try and stop it

Fortunately we don't deal with the coils. Just the final product. I was just curious to know what you did with the metal. I knew you had a mill of some nature. Now I know.

I was up at Gary IN picking up a 56,000# coil and one of those heavy haulers was putting 3 on his trailer and NEVER touched a chain.

Well one of the reducing radius get-on ramps up in Chicago I see 3 coils laying in the ditch  and a very twisted trailer setting there.

I had 5 chains and 2 straps on mine and kept on going.

What transmission did you have? Suncoast level-III? I recall you having problems from the get-go, how many miles did you get out of it before it quit playin` nice?

And what`s this about a new level from ATS? Is that over 9 G`s if you keep your original tranny?    Plus install

Beauty's only skin deep--don't think I like the color purple on a transmission, not too manly. But hey, that's OK as it's ATS's trademark color--no peeeeing contest required here, they're a major player in the Allison game and I know it, I'll leave it at that.:)

I believe that Suncoast doesn't sell a Stage III transmission--it's in kit form, thus assembly required, am I right???? I'm saving for a Suncoast Stage IV--think I'll paint it gray like they do.

Got a fancy schmancy z-mill or just a X high strip mill?

Mackin

Just a 8" Cold Metal Products 4 Hi Steckel, actually two of them. One has been converted to Solid State and waiting to see if the business warrants firing up the other one but it's ready to go just needs electrics.

There's plenty of business for temper rolling narrow strip, actually I have a niche as not many can and don't .Almost had me a 12" but the price pushed me out of the market with this crappy economy.

In the steel business,or a once proud Steel town Pittsburgian? America's back bone :)

Well it was

I have the best they had when built by Suncoast. It was a drop in when received. I had under 20K of street driving ONLY.

I haven't spoken with Clint or anyone about the Extreme ATS,I knew nothing of it when I had ordered mine and doubt I would have went for it.Not sure I will need it.If it ever makes the trip back to Colorado then perhaps I'll upgrade.Perhaps Clint gave me a X to see if I can tear it up,I just don't know it ;)

I can't wait ,real close now,I start the trek today

Thanks! I knew you had the Suncoast, but wasn't sure which one. 20,000 miles ain't squat for a built tranny, not street miles anyway. It would be different if the 20K was put on 1/4 mile at a time.
