I know several people change out their factory rear tailgate lights for the aftermarket ones... so does anyone have a factory one laying around in good working condition that they want to get rid of?? Surely something will turn up for less than $150.00. On edit: You're saying Tailgate lights. Dueling-in-MD 10-02-2009, 08:00 AM If you are looking for the light bar that goes basically between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the tailgate, they are anywhere from 50 to 100 bucks new. Do the search on " Tailgate Light bars for GMC " or, you can put in Chevy if thats what you have, same difference. If you are talking about the actual break lights that fit into the side panel to the sides of the tailgate, you would seriously be around the same price, or cheaper in some cases to go with an after market Euro style light. My Euros this time around were 150 for the pair, like you said, stock are about that for just one.
