Noticed that there appears to be a tranny cooler located in front of the gas tank when I swapped my exhaust. Has anyone thought about putting an electric fan on it to help get more airflow at low speeds or idling?

That is a fuel cooler. It cools the fuel that is returned from the motor before it goes into the tank.
