I Have A 2003 2500 With The Lb7 That Was Wrote Off The Driveline And Frame Are All Fine (heavy Body Damage) And I Am Wanting To Put A Body Off Of A 69 C/k Long Bed Truck On It. Has Anybody Done This. The 03 Was A Ext Cab Short Box Thnaks For Any Info

there was a 65ish pickup done this way for Matt Hughes - the MMA fighter. You might look for some info. on that truck.
That's the only body-swap I'm aware of though I'm sure there may be more that just haven't surfaced on the internet forums yet.
There are several powertrain conversions though into anything from Buick Grand Nationals to Chevelles, to Camaros, to 67-72 model gm trucks, 73-87 model gm trucks, boats, Ford Mustang, etc. The dmax conversion list is getting really long so there's plenty of info. on getting them into a vehicle not originally made for them.
Do some more searching. You have the best situation though - a complete donor to do the swap/conversion with. Is the donor a 4wd? is the 69 currently a "C" or "K" (2wd or 4wd)?

matt hughes, truck was at SEMA and several pixs in mags, orangecrush was 67-72 body. pretty much looks like if BBC can fit Duramax can fit, allison needs tunnel work.

We're doing a 67 someday. Have most of the parts but my brother keeps changing his mind on what to start with.

you should use the ally and hook it to a 205 driver drop like me =). Im gots a 6 speed on my LB7:D and twin turbos
