I know a guy thats got a superchips programmer for sale, and someone told me that i would be able to remove any trace of it, is that true b/c i dont wanna do anything that might possibly void my warranty.

Someone also told me that some dealers sold aftermarket products and if they installed them they wouldnt hurt the warranty, i dont really belive that one but i guess i could be wrong

Superchips tuners reprogram the computer. You need to drive it a little bit to build up some memory in the computer after returning it to stock for everything to look normal to the tech. Make sure to get some gauges to watch your EGT’s since the tuners don’t have the ability to watch exhaust temps like the Banks and Edge units have, but those won’t read and erase trouble codes like the Superchips does.
