Friend has a 95 6.5L. He just put new head gaskets on and now he says it overheats and the EGT's run at a high but not dangerous level. The intake should be flowing ok and the exhaust is straight. I have never heard of something like this and didn't have a good answer for him. What do you guys think?

Didnt open the bleeder screw on the thermostat crossover when filling with coolant? Youve got to open that bleeder screw and fill the system until it runs out.
