Where is the best place to bleed air from the fuel system of a 1997 Powerstroke. (the diesel was siphoned out of both tanks by some kind person).

Your '97 has a bleed-off pressure regulator built into the filter base, its on the top driver's side, held by two Torx30 screws and a steel line running to the tank.

It returns fuel constantly to maintain supply pressure (60~80psi), and because its at the top of the filterbase, any air will bleed off on its own.
