I have been reading everyones smoking at idle problems. I dont have an oil pressure problem. When i start the truck it does not smoke. After a min or two of idling it will start smoking, little at first and then more and more. If you press the pedal, i can fog the whole place up. My truck is bone stock other than a k&n air filter. Is there anything else that will cause this. The only reason i ask is because my injectors were just changed 8 months ago. Any ideas will help. This is very upsetting. One more thing. The smoke comes and goes.

Welcome to the site :) Maybe start by cleaning your maf sensor and then make sure its tight. I believe I have read that oils from a oiled air filter such as a k&n can dirty/clog up the sensor. It may not fix the problem but its a start.

IT starts out like a haze behind the truck. Like burn your eyes haze. I would say its a light blue color when it realy starts smoking. When your at a stop sign and its smoking good. A ball of blue smoke will role out when you take off. It doesnt seem to be using oil and i do not smell diesel in the oil. When i pass a car and really get on it. it will leave a good trail of smoke behind me. Looks like i have it chipped but i dont. Has good power and idles smooth.

Does the 'haze' smell of unburnt diesel? Or more of a burnt oil smell?

Im going to have to say diesel. I also marked my water level 2 days ago and it dose seem to be using some water. This is getting better every day. I could almost trade this damn thing in for a Dodge.
