Sometimes my tranny seems like its shifting while Im stopped at a light. You feel a little push in your seat and the truck moves a little bit. Is it normal?

If I roll up to a stop really fast and then stop, it shifts down to first after I have quit moving and feels like it kicks the truck when it engages... One piece shafts use GM "blue " grease, 2 piece take apart and grease, I'm gonna drill out my yoke for a zerk(someday) | ||
