The part numbers you wll need are:
1) Second alt bracket: 97212348
2) Idler pulley: 97233352
3) Idler pulley bolt: 11515769
4) Alt upper mounting bolt: 94009975
5) Alt 4 position connector (for use with OEM alternators only) 15306071
6) Alt lower mounting to engine bolt 11516360
7) Fusible link for alt output 15321209
8) ecm terminal connector for lly ecm (different than lb7 engine)
9) dual alt belt 9730655
The install is fairly simple. First, remove the serpentine belt. Next, install the bracket. Then, install the idler pulley. Next, install the alternator into the bracket. Install the cable and boot onto the alternator stud, and connect to the battery cable junction block (the red plastic box near the 2nd alternator). Then, connect the white lead from the aux. alternator connector (pin B) to ECM 57c2 (connector 2, pin 57). middle connector.
The hardest part of the install is crimping the ECM terminal onto the conductor to the aux. alternator and properly mounting it into C2. The Helms manual provides good diagrams of this connection
This parts list and instructions are for the 04.5 and 05 lly engine. lb7 engine has different ecm and different size terminal and installed in a different number.

You can go bigger on the second alternator if you want.

I put a 200 amp Powermaster on mine, depends on what your needs are.

I would also reccomend a bigger fuse instead of the fusible link if you go with a bigger altrnator.
