These are a couple pictures of my UCA/bumpstop with my bars turned. Can you tell by the pics if I were to go with Cognito UCA's would I be able to get another 1 1/2 - 2" out of it?

Shock not installed ....

If you take a stock OE UCA on a truck and drop the suspension out and spec the fender to the center hub (no wheel).

Then install a Cognito UCA leveling control arm the same distance will gain 2".

So setting the truck up at the same gap of travel at the frame stop you should be right about 2" +/- of lift from before.

Proper shock or extender must be used to see this gain.

So if I understand you correctly then the answer is yes?

My fenders are sitting right around 40 1/2" now and I'd like to get it up around 42". Is that possible or should I be looking towards a lift?

it is possible, but you would be a lot better off getting the cognito 4-6". Set at 4", i believe you would be at 43" fender hieght with perfect CV angels. With the leveling kit, you'll be at 42" fender height with harsh CV angles. Plus the ride in the 4-6 will be much smoother than with the leveling kit.

Yes I see 1.5" not a problem from where you are now.

Hey I just have to say, you starting this thread and including a pic really made it easy to answer. :beerchug:

One more question ... is it possible to put a 1" block in the rear with the yellow Bilsteins?

I would say no....They are tapped out of stroke even with no block.

):h ... no it is just that people alway say they are "cranked up" or "Leveled" and ask if they can go higher but those are just terms of what you did not the spec to base the answer off of. Really the difficult part is informing members what they need to watch in relation to there ride and wear problems. Knowing the focus points makes it very cut and dry and easy to tell what to do next to obtain a better scenario.

Forums are here to learn and help from each other...trust me this is what I know and do for a living....every find me on other forums...I am the guy asking more questions than you:D.
