Just recently I noticed that the driver's side door appeared to sit lower than the extended cab door on the same side. Anyone had a similar problem? I was looking at the driver's side door and didn't see any obvious way to adjust the door. Does anyone know if that is possible?

We used to take a ~4' 2X4, open the door to be adjusted 4 or 5 inches, slide the 2X4 between door and sill and "Reef" on it.
Watch how the Professionals do it.
Works for me.

Check the pins and bushing on the hings. They are soft and will wear over time. It's not too hard to change but u will need a floorjack with something soft on the pad to support the door. A good buddy to hold the door from swinging. Punch out the both pins, pull door away a few inches, replace 4 bushings' install new pins as well. Tip' put masking tape on fender and door edges'

He has an '05, doubt the pins and bushings are worn this soon. Good info though.

Thanks for the help gentlemen.... Took it to the dealer today for a few minor things. They said there was no real way to fix it without possibly making it worse. I'm thinking I will just live with it.....
