My Bullydog programmer is not recognized when I plug it into my diagnostic port under my dash. I had work done to my AC about 2 months ago, could the mechanic have reset something on the computer to not recognize my programmer.
The programmer worked fine the last time I used it.

by not reconginze, do you mean that the unit does not light up, like it is not getting power? Or is it not finding the ECM?

It does not light up, no power.
Where is the odb fuse? Is it under the hood or in the cab.

under hood i believe, check owners manual
Also check the cig lighter fuse. That's usually what's wrong.

Bingo, check the aux 12v power fuse. That is the fuse that sends the 12v to the ODB port.

Another thing. Two codes showed up on my Programer, P0380 and P1621. Does anyone know what they are or can help me find out what they are?
