Saw couple of them on ebay but sellers dont know will it fit above mentioned engine. So guys do you know what or where should i look or what to tell the seller where to look or something.

The 700R4 used in a 6.2 Diesel is very different from most other applications. The valve body is unique, as is the control system for the lockup clutch (TCC). In order for it to function properly and live, you need a trans built specifically for the diesel engine.

Any 700R4 can be built to work behind a diesel, but some of the parts are cost prohibitive. I would work with a reputable transmission rebuild shop and get exactly what you want and need.

You can research the needed upgrades and go as far as you want. If your engine is not pulling heavy loads and putting out more torque than stock, it's cheaper to build one than buy the wrong one off ebay. If you have more torque and haul heavy loads, spend the money now to build a good, reliable heavy duty trans. It will pay in the long haul.
