What's the trick to removing the lower panel on the driver's side under the steering column. I removed the two screws, but it did not seem to want to come off. Granted, I did not pull too hard in fear of breaking it?? Do I need to pull harder or lift it at a certain angle??

Has a couple clips at the top, pull as close to the top as you can towards the seat.
