Are there any members that are familiar with surface mount LED light box's?

I am having a hard time finding a replacement box for one of my Spa guages.
I'm sure I could send the guage to Spa for repair, but I would like to find an alternative replacement if ones available since the Spa ones don't seem to last very long.
The current one measures 37.25mm X 28.5mm X 6.2mm and has 4 rows of 4(S/M led) and is red/green switchable.

Here is a pic of the Spa DG-211 with the backlight removed.
I've also tried to locate the manufacturer of the existing one and have not been successfull. Is anyone familiar with that part #?

On edit: How do I get rid of the thumbnails or vice versa?
