Decided the other day to change settings on my attitude to defuel only 4-5 shifts. I run level 3 constantly (about 25k miles). Had truck loaded w/ two moto bikes in the back, 40mph, t/h on, stomped on it to pass someone, went like crazy, no hesitation took off. Then I slowed down coming up on another car and realized I could not get above 45mph... stuck. Stopped at a light. Stayed in 1st gear for about 100' before shifting to 2nd. Pulled over, changed defuel to ALL shifts :) , shut truck off for a minute. Started up and took off w/ no problems. I think I'll stop off at an autozone today to get codes scanned. No lights at all.

This would be me limping the tranny right? Bound to happen, looks like a trans upgrade will be coming sooner than expected :ro)

If you limped the tranny you should have gotten a CEL and a P0700 code. Maybe a 1093 code instead?

no codes from autozone scanner, they said it only worked if the ses light was on. I'm guessing I need to find someone w/ a tech2 or predator?

Pred wont show trans codes other then the P0700
