Got first set of injectors at 33000 miles in Oct. of 04. Back to dealer today at 37000 miles for fuel in crankcase again. This time they said it might be awhile for them to get another set of injectors.

I'm in the same situation man. Only I think the first set got put in mine at like 60,000. Well they only replaced like two injectors. So now at 115,000 I have diesel in the crankcase again and just dropped it off this morning. I got a fricken malibu for a loaner though.-:t Guess it's better than nothing. I just need to wait till monday to find out what's going on with this special policy and sh*t for the 200,000 warranty and stuff. Hopefully it won't cost me much at all.

That is scaring the hell out of me. I had all 8 changed @108,000km in june last year. This was when there was a big availability problem for the new injectors. Now I'm at 155,000km and I fear that they've put an older model injector in instead of the latest revision.

Well should have my truck back tomorrow. Everything was covered as I figured it would be. I got 8 new ones instead of just replacing the bad ones.

i don't think you WILL necessary have injector failure. some do, some don't.
