A few weeks ago we got a new HD done here were I work (BMS Off Road). So I thought I would share the results of the build with everyone. It came out super nice and the ride is amazing.

The owner of the truck will use this as a chase support truck for his desert racing program.

We installed the BMS upper control arms and heim steering kit. BTR simulated beadlock wheels with Goodyear tires. King stock replacement shocks are on each corner, and made a HUGE difference in the ride.

Here are some pics for you guys to check out...

Truck looks great. You have more pictures of the tires and wheels?

I am looking at getting the same ones and would like to see how they fit. Stick out? Any rubbing? What size tire are you running?

Thanks!
Sorry... I dont have any closer shots of the wheels.
If you go to BTR's website, they have more pictures so you can see what they look like...

They didn't hardly stick out at all. They do rub, however, the owner did not want to do any trimming. Also, the tire has an aggressive tread, so that didn't help.
Its a 285/70/17.

Looks great. Let us know how she handles with all the steering upgades.

I havent ridden in that particular truck yet. However, with other trucks the ride is great. It takes away a lot of the freeway hop out as well. I'll see if I can get the owner to put up a post about what he thinks about the truck.

whats the valving in the front shocks? if you trim the front yellow bumpstops down some it will do wonders off road. it allows the front suspension to work abit more and smooth out small whoops (tested myself lol). like the setup though. very clean but will work well and be strong

Looks like a great build. It good to see more installs of different suspension setups

I am not sure what the final outcome was on the valving for the shocks. King set us up with valving that utilized all of the stock components, even the yellow bump stops. However, on my truck, I will experiment with eliminating those. Maybe even run a 3.0 smoothie.
