My truck is currently at the dealership for ongoing problems after their replacing my injectors.

Their only "diesel certified" mechanic has screwed up on several things.
1) lost 3 of the 5 screws on my aftermarket intake box, then stripped out the holes by usnig screws of a different thread. He said that they all dropped down the frame!
2) never retightened the bolts holding the air cleaner box in.
3) never reinstallaed the bolt (to the drivers side head) which attached the ground arm that also holds in the positive wire box from the alts.
4) lost the nut which holds a bracket on the front of the passenger side head.
5) i now have an oil leak from the passenger side of the engine.

Most Importantly:
6) my truck will not start after sitting overnight. once i pump the fuel filter a few times, it will start right up. My thought process is that he also has a leak in one of the fuel lines/crush washers and the diesel drains back from the engine while sitting overnight.

First of all, I cannot bring it to another stealership to fix the wrongs since these guys caused them in the first place. I would assume that another dealership would have no desire to do a job for nothing!

My questions/concern for all of you involves how this guy "tested" my fuel system for leakdown. He attached a guage to a test port on the front of the passenger head. he then used the plunger on the top of the fuel filter to bring the guage up to about 14 psi. he told me that it was so low because it was "on the intake side". after about 3-4 mins the guage had dropped to 4 psi. he said that it was not bad and would still be able to start the truck. he also said that the guage started at 14 psi and that dropping to 4 psi really meant 18psi and that was still enough to start the truck.
I have NO idea if he is feeding me a line of BS or if what he is telling me about his leakdown test is legitimate. While I intimately know the fuel system on my Impala, I have no idea of the plumbing on the truck.

Thank You SO much for any help or insight!
