Have never had this happen before. Drove truck to Edwards AFB this morning, and everything was fine. Parked and came back an hour later to go home, and truck nearly didn't start. Had to try to start it @ 10 times, with about 20-30 seconds of ignition on each time. Finally, it started. Sounded a bit funny, like it was trying to run on just a little bit of fuel. Once I got home, turned it off and tried to restart it, with the same results. The fuel gauge indicated @ 1/8 of a tank of fuel. (Two days ago, I had a Banks Six Gun Tuner installed. Called them, but the Technician stated that it sounded like the fuel was draining back into the tank, so when trying to start the truck, it had to draw fuel all the way back to the engine. Truck ran fine the whole day that the Six Gun was installed, including 4 stops around town.)
Now, this afternoon, I went down and filled up the fuel tank, and the truck seems to start fine. Is there an issue with the fuel tank being under 1/4 full and causing this kind of problem? I have never ran the truck down to this low level of fuel before, so not sure if this is normal with this truck. I would figure that it should start right away, regardless of the fuel level, unless of course, it is empty. Would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks, steve

P.S. Recently installed a FASS fuel filter, but never had this issue since installing the filter.
