Do you wait the 30 seconds or a minute after you plug it in to start it? Are you setup to have the turbor timer run???

If you plugged in the turbo timer it will throw a bunch of codes at start up, you will need to set it to clear the codes at start up so you won't have them. You will also need to wait to put it into reverse right after startup, or it will put the trans into limp mode, this is also to do with the turbo timer. If you don't want to deal with the codes, just unplug the turbo timer and be done with it. That's what I have done for the last 2 years, unless the customer specifically asks to have the TT installed.
