I was wondering where/what is the head and rotor on the Stanadyne DB-2 injection pump. I ask this because there is a company says that it will make a Stanadyne pump flow 430cc of fuel with just the head and rotor.

I believe this website will show you what you need to know. It's the best one I have found so far :)

Stock DS pump flows 560cc

Stock DB2 4911 pump flows 528cc

First when it says a pump flows 430cc, 510cc, etc, is that XXXcc per cylinder per cylinder fire?

Also, a db-2 flows 528cc?? I heard multiple times it was not even 100cc.

I don't know all those answers, but I guarantee you it doesn't squirt 430cc of fuel in one cylinder.

That's how they make these ridiculous figures up.

They figure the max fuel in this case the stock DS4 70cc's @ 1,000 strokes

They then multiply that by how many cylinders 8 & equals 560cc's

Per stroke take 70 cc's and divide by 1,000 = 0.07 cc per firing.

0.07cc Ain't near as impressive as 560cc .

Might be they are using Obama math. ):h
