I've got a 94 and a 96 3/4 ton 6.5 4x4, so OBD1 and OBD2

I need to be able to read the codes on the 96 and time the pumps on both (I'll be doing both next week)

What is the best programmer/reader for the $ that does OBD1-2?

Laptop computer with obd1 gmtd scantech[engh motors]and obd2 autoenginuity programs. A tech2 scan tool will also do both but the price is more than a different truck.

If you want cheap try Engh Motors for obd1 and car code for obd2. Both need a laptop
