My 06 3500 did not come with these. I would like to put them in. How hard would this be? I'm not too worried about the install part, its the wiring that has me worried. Do I have to rip the interior apart or are there wires up there already? Probably just go with stock chevy lights unless somebody has some other ideas...

Check my garage. I installed the NBS cab lights. They look awesome. I think they look better on the OBS truck than ANY of the aftermarket lights. If you do a search, there is an extensive write up on the installation of these. I even posted a rough sketch with measurements for the OBS truck.

I put the NBS on mine also, the wiring was a breeze...there is a junction block on the side of the dash, passengers side that you wire into. The block is behind the access panel and that is where GM has them wired stock.
