After doing some reading, i finally got back on DP.
Anyway some quick questions.
-Is it going to be worth it to upgrade from J/A -> the new race CT or CTS? for the 1000 bucks? Why is it better? I understand the backup camera, but the camera alone is $350. What about it is so much better if you are not a gnar gnar diesel drag racer than a standard J/A.
-How does the turbo braking on the CT/S work? Similar to the banks and Fleece?
-Does it come on the CT or CTS or both?
-Also does (turbo brake) come on the standard edge race?
-Pros and Cons of the new CT/CTS race edge?
-What is the difference between the Fleece turbobrake for LLY and LBZ?
-My finger stick is going bad, will the finger guy replace it for free? Or do I have to buy a new one? Already resoldered twice over the past 4 or so years.
-How do I "update" my current J/A? I remember a while ago there was a link on the site to where you could check the model # and see if they would update it, but I cant seem to find it.
Anyway, ive been out of the game for a while as you can see, busy with work and racing.
Got 57k miles on my (non)overheating LLY, still towing between 15 and 20k lbs.
BUT my brakes are ****ing terrible, everytime I tow my flatbed instantly my brakes warp, there are no trailer brakes on it but it is only 5000 or so lbs. This is the reason im looking into turbo brake of some kind, if I can get a badass NEW tuner that comes with it for under a grand, that may be the direction im heading.
-Anybody know a brake shop in San Diego that offer lifetime brakes? :D
