Does anyone know about the edge A2 coming out soon....Price? Performance? Is it the same as the current edge box with some more goodies such as the back up camera and gps nav? Has anyone seem a prototype....thanks

About a month ago it was on one of the truck shows as an infomercial, and from what I got out of the show, it looks to be right at $2,000. It will have GPS, power tuning, all the features of the Atuttude, and a mount. For someone that doesn't have gages or a power mod, and wants a GPS, this looks nice. But for me, it is way over priced! I already have a GPS, power mods, gauges, and G-Tech, so it has nothing I want or need.

For that kinda money you could get your trans done. Who cares were your going buy a map. dave

The A2 is scheduled to release in late June or early July. It should be offered as an upgrade for those who already have an attitude monitor. The backup camera will be an optional accessory and should be around $300. There will be the A2 upgrade option, A2 with Juice and A2, Juice and camera option. Retail has not been announced yet and Edge plans to release that information by the end of May. It will have all the same features of the original attitude with the GPS, camera capability, and cool looking guage displays. Pricing could be around $1500 for the A2 and camera. That would not include the Juice module.

Thats a rip off, i saw the TRUCKS! episode where he put it on a cummins. That little camera sticks to the tailgate with a sucker, that thing would get stolen sooooooooooo fast. Its cool, thought i might be a banks to edge convert, but its way to expensive. Ill buy a map for 99c and figure it out myself...Lol
