I hope this is in the right spot. Will removing the IAH provide any benefit to airflow? I live in South Texas so cold is not a real issue. Winter is pretty short and coldest I have seen around here is 14 degrees but that is not common. I was just thinking this might be a cheap mod?

Did a search but could not find anything related to this aspect of the IAH.

We have ours removed for NOS.Just remove or tape off the end of the wire so when it activates it doesnt short out.It will set a code dont think it throws a light though.NLDP
