Just got juice w/***, ats dual 4", and afe stage 2. Thinking about getting co-pilot next. The place I got set up told me not to run over 3 on juice without co-pilot. How good is info ? How good is co-pilot and what will co-pilot handle. I don't plan on doing any more performance upgrades. I like having the extra ump when I need it and only haul or pull medium loads. Just looking for added security not to tear up tranny.
What are some thoughts on this?

I'm sure somebody that has one can tell you more, have heard as a stand alone it's not as good as when combined with other tranny components. IIRC it will work better with an upgraded TC.

You can run the juice on level 4, set it to defuel all shifts.

This may not be the best advice, just trying to help

You can get a SC or a ATS tranny upgrade and run the co-pilot. I could be wrong but the co-pilot alone may not do a whole lot to help your tranny hold the extra power. It's not only shifts that hurt it but also the extra power will do in the TC and clutch packs.

Seems level 4 and 5 will limp the trans pretty easy on the new lly.Have had it happen to 3 customers already ,now they all run 3 till they get some holding power in the ally.NLDP

Thanks, guys. Has anyone out there ran just the co-pilot with no other upgrades to tranny? By looking at ats website, looked like you could run it with no other upgrade. The guy that did my work said it would work for my application.

Do a search on it, somebody probably has done it before or asked. It might be some reading on it to find what your looking for, but it will be worth it.
