Don't buy from ATS Diesel Performance, there product is crap.
I bought a stage 3 transmission from them 2 1/2 years ago and is has already gone out. first the valve body then immediately after the valve body was replaced a internal failure happens, they say there trans. are bullet proof, yea right. And there customer service is pitiful, took a month of calling them daily just to get one thing out of them.

Don't waste your money.

So curious what you were running tune wise.
300HP over stock or something? If high power tune and 2 1/2 years may not sound bad.
Flooring it WOT to the upper gears? Even build transmission need to be treated nicely.
A little more detail info on your truck and what you do with it as in racing, pulling, or what may help someone here to help you figure out that their might be another reason why you are having trouble. Could be a tune issue. Maybe you need an update to the ECM or TCM. Lots of things can go wrong.

Before you go off the deep end, can you elaborate any further than "it's gone out after 2 1/2 yrs"? Maybe logic can play a good role in this to properly diagnose the problem you are having. We never say that our transmissions are bullet proof just because they tend to not work after you shoot at them. :badidea:

I'd be pretty dam happy with a trans that lasted that long especially the way I drive. Mechanical things break no matter what the name on it is. Driving style, hp, scheduled maint all play roles in tranny life. How much power were you throwing at it? Who did the work on the trans?

You can only do so much. Not wanting to discuss it or at least discuss normally and rational and not screaming and bad mouthly there is not much you can do.
