When I ran my engine codes I got code 78. I know my turbo is bad because the arm that connects to the turbo spins 360 degrees but does this mean that I need to replace my wastegate selenoid too?

I would worry about fixing the wastegate first because the the computer doesnt really kno if the solenoid is working, it only knows if its getting boost or not
