anyone else have the ATS overhead console mount for the Edge ***?
I just noticed the other day that it was starting to come out. I think with the heat here in texas has caused the once super tight fit to now be loose and the left side is popping out. anyone else seen that?? I can push it in and it will pop out in a few seconds.

I couldn't get this mount to install in the first place without some minor trimming of the console and now the heat made it loose and start to come out on its own.

I removed the whole thing and ended up having to drill two small holes through the plastic clips and into the top of the ATS aluminum itself, not all the way, just as pilot holes. I took two small screws and put them in and now it anchors it down and does not move at all.

sounds like you should of bought a Trippin mount

I think you are probably right. I just went and checked out the Trippin mount..nice!

I also have the ATS Angled Overhead Mount & I too am not impressed. The right side of the Attitude gauge & ATS mount, there is a slight gap. Does not appear that the gauge seats properly & I called ATS to see if this was correct & they said yes. Thinking of returning product & purchasing the Trippin mount.

I am considering this myself if I have any more issues. This is one of those live and learn things..

I couldn't get the *** controller to stay put so I rigged up a strap behind it to keep it on the ATS mount. Then with the heat the whole mount started to come out the front of the console so as I said in the first post, I drilled two very small surface holes on the top and put two screws in it. Its not going anywhere, but if I see any more issues with it.. its gone!!!

Strange...I have the ATS overhead mount for my attitude as well and it looks and fits great. No complaints at all! Maybee I got mine after they corrected any issues to stop all the complaints.
