I installed an Edge Juice with Attitude into my 03 last night. All went well. I have one question though, how far into the NPT fitting should the thermocouple slide?
It is quite long and I dont want it going in too far and touching something in there, I'm sure it would read wrong then. I put it in until it bottomed on the fitting but it wouldnt be hard to pull back out a bit.

My probe was long enough that I could push it in until it hit the back interior wall of the manifold.....and then I pulled it back out approximately half way.

You could also put a sharpie mark on the probe where it is just to the end of the fitting. Then go in all the way and put a mark. Then pull out the probe and bisect the distance.

The goal is to put it right in the center of the exhaust stream, but I don't think being off by 1/4" either way is going to make a huge difference.

Edge has released an updated probe that has a lip that locates it in the (presumably) proper place. They gave me a new one to replace the old one that had started slipping out of the bushing and reading funny.
