Hey Guys,

I just bought an 07 LMM DMAX and I have a question about the dealership ECM update.

I have been reading hundreds of posts about it, but am still a little unsure as to what GM was trying to accomplish.

What is the newest ECM update available from GM? When was it available? My truck history shows an ECM reprogramming that occured on 5/27/2008. Is this the newest update?

This truck has also had the TCM updated twice.

More than likely that was what was done at that time. The update main part was to resolve a no start issue what popped up after some time. I say it did some other timing changes as well. Newest OS version is 12628594. As to the calibration value I don't know that one. Only way to know is have a tech use a Tech II to pull its history. No idea on the TCM update.
